Keyword density is something you will hear a lot about in Google ranking discussions, but it is something often misunderstood. You don’t want to stuff your page with the keywords that you want to rank for. Google punishes sites that do that with lower rankings. Write the way you would talk when giving write ups on your website and you should be fine.
